@Nishi no! So did you see the flashback of when the empress was taking and was like she looks all like, and then the image of that lady? I think that lady might be the dukes sister or cousin or something, but the duke just took her as his daughter, I think either because she was born to the mom, but the mom was already married so she would've been illegitimate, like born out of wedlock, or something happened to the mom so she couldn't care for her. Also I'm wondering if the reason the fl is so sick is because of all the curses in the father?

Ok so from what I can gather, just like recap, both of the twins are sons of two s classes, so they wanted, or it seems like their dad really wanted, them to be a classes too, so now they are trying to make their youngest son try out this new trial that makes his class develop early, turns out if the twins had developed as s class then the youngest probably wouldn't have been born since the parents just want an s class kid.
Anyways
The white haired dude, the guide, for some reason was stating with the twins and their parents for a few years. Doesn't really explain why though, but seems like the twins dad doesn't really treat or like the white haired dude very much and so he decided to leave instead of staying in that fake household. The twins, mainly the red haired dude who is blonde in the flashbacks, is really clingy towards the MC and though the other twin blames it on twin shared feelings, but he is also getting kinda clingy with mc, and how both are sorta obsessed with him.

The white haired little girl is actually a boy, the empress made him pretend to be a girl to protect him. He is the son of her empress and her old lover. The emperor made the empress break off her engagement to her old lover and marry him, I think he loves her in his own sick way. Like he's obsessed with her!
Also leo, her real dad, like the guy who was with her real mom, regina, he's alive and he was the one that killed Varya her past life before time got turned back.
In the original story, Varya lived her first life, then died and went back in time. Leo knows the original story cause she got reincarnated into it.
And the lady that Leo really liked from the orphanage was fake. She knew who Leo was the whole time, that she was related to the duke. She's the one that killed Leo's mom and took her cause she wanted to use her to get close to the duke, then marry him and then she was going to kill Leo but it didn't work out!
