Nah its not that. A traumatic event like bullying can make a person retreat into their own mind rather than get hurt more. I think that she might just have a case of the usual obsessive tendencies that can happen when you make someone your entire life, like not caring about others, wanting to only be near said person, and wanting to control the persons social life, just my educated and researched guess though

An objective and plot turn in only the 14th chapter? Hopefully this only lasts for half a chapter and doesn't drag, but seeing the pacing, this story is going to be finished by chapter 30 i assume

Average psychological manga tbh, from a perfect life to a horrible life, or from a horrible life to building a perfect one. im still going to read it all the way till the end though.
