I'm gonna have to reread this later because I don't really get it but just as an outsider looking in this was so well done and I hate-love the fact that the author was able to show that not everything can end up sunshine and giggles after you just 'get over' your trauma, but they also show how it is possible to live WITH the trauma, not let it live you, if that made sense, and to show that you can move on without completely disregarding your past like... idk
