Honestly is it only me that kinda hates the crown prince right now? The author is trying to do this weird combination of protector and helpless and it’s just pathetic to witness. When any actually powerful opponents appear like the empress or count Olett, he backs down and comes crawling to the FL about how he’s sorry. I already hate that as is, but then I’m supposed to think of him as a hero when he gets the final kick in after the FL already finished the fight? Both when this bratty little girl was causing problems in the town and now, the FL totally wins a verbal battle and then at the very end the ML pops up out of nowhere when the dust is settling and kicks the opponent in the ribs when they were already forced to the ground.

Iris: absolutely pummels them in a verbal conflict

ML: shows up and shouts "yeah what she said"

Am I supposed to be clapping right now? Cause I really don't have it in me.

Honestly I hate when isekais make anyone who calls the MC evil or talks badly about them a villain that needs rightful punishment. Like yes the current MC is innocent but the experiences of all those servants who suffered at the previous owner’s hands didn’t suddenly stop remembering that and they don’t know she’s a literal new person.
