After taking an allergic medicine that's my father's, I legit slept 4 hours after that and felt so weak all day.
I can't believe how my father goes to work for years after taking that high dose.
My usual prescription is a medium dose but I didn't have that and had to take the high dose one of emergency.
I'm still feeling sluggish and sleepy 😴

Thanks for all the advices guys. Tbh, everyone in my family of 4 has short temper. Specially my brother, always yelling, doing s*s that pisses me off etc. I don't have issues when I'm outside with frds or other ppl. It's just when I'm home.
