We make mistakes. We hurt others. That’s life. What matters is being honest with yourself and with the person you are hurting. This story is wonderful. It is extremely mature and reflects the reality of many people.

Perhaps many here will reread this story after a few years (considering that many here are still very young) and will realize that life is not a bed of roses. And not every fiction story needs to be either.
