Did anyone notice how it was only showing Arzen when Ayna was bestowing them both Arzen and Hazenstoux the title of duke? She said that "when the nation is in crisis" (taking reference to when Rose found out that Charteus was in danger which could actually become a crisis to the nation at the time being.)  "You shall use your skill and inherent resourcefulness and might.... To protect the land and the IMPERIAL family.... That is your honorable task and the REASON for you existence"....In which Rose use her power of SEEING ghost to get info and what not and how she came before Charteus to warn him about the dangers disguised as a granny, And saved BOTH him and the nation that were in the edge of their doom. And there was also a time where Rose was being controlled into thinking that she MUST protect Charteus without actually knowing the reason by Ayna remember? If that was the reason to why Rose got into EVERYTHING, then it kinda makes sense now and that's all thanks to the new translated previous chapters.
