if you ever played a bard in DnD, this is essentialy what it is

althought a bard is a party buffing, while the mana heart+songs are self buffs

but now with the aura circle, he can resonate his songs with them

 

the circle is streamlined and has great initial power but not much growth curve

 

while the mana heart is hard to rank up and needs the right songs for the right time

 

but if he can grants at least some of the buffs to his soldiers, the return on investment will be retarded
