The obvious answer is to of course communicate, but it's hard yk, and the story actually explains it really nicely, Yoon's afraid to tell Joon about how he feels because he is afraid of a bad reaction, and that is relatable. 

If I was in Yoon's shoes I would be on the floor sobbing, thinking about the worse possible reasons for Joon being so distant, but then again Joon is afraid of ruining Yoon's reputation, what does this mean? Life's complicated

I mean honestly you can't really blame Yoon, for wondering why he got rejected, he got confessed to twice, so he still thinks feelings for him still exist, he knows Joon's feelings for him don't disappear overnight. Yoon, is to blame for the rejection in the first place tho, he did reject Joon twice, while trying to sort out his feelings, why would Joon think he was being genuine? Because that likelyhood is 1 in a million.

Seriously I think my baby boy needs to really be with the ml, because all of this will happen if they are not together, either that or this is the only acceptable reason to put a tracking chip on my boy
