Dont forget he also said he gradually saw him as a younger brother in the previous chapter so probably that's has an effect on how he's thinking now. Plus Wooseo was said to be a senior which is about 17-19 years didn't specifically say when. Also you can see that he himself is also concerned about the situation or that's just me

@Ehe Understandable that Cirrus is still a child but trying to mask how you feel trying to make you and your child adjust to the new life is hard since he lost her too.
Its understandable why he lashed out I mean he's frustrated and by the looks of it you can see he regretted everything he said in that small period. Some people are very emotional but they dont show it until it get to a point they can't take anymore. I feel like Cirrus's dad is like that.
