@angie i'm not muslim but I have studied Islam and according to what I know there are different directions that see differently on "this" where some accually accept it as long as both are willing, it's just not the most common direction and therefore not talked about 
So I think there is accually no wrong in reading "this" OR doing "this" while Muslim
