Ugh, of course there's the mandatory grape scene. I was foolish to think this would be different. I feel like the MC didn't put up much resistance. We saw him kicking the twink because he wanted to be the top, and we know he has trauma from the classmate. His arms were free even if his hands were tied. There was barely any distress on his face. No screaming, no blood... it didn't feel like a traumatizing event at all. I didn't read the novel, but the art direction here is kinda weird.
They're both trash, treating the MC like a toy. Also, is the whole topic of fortune figurative? Maybe it's an asian thing, but it's not translating well to me as a person from western culture.
