I love Cain , because from day one his love is genuine.From day one he has clear feelings for Jooin,not like Yahwi who was hurting Jooin just because he was unsure of his feelings.

So here is a thing for those who don't understand
Kyle is Ilay's Brother.
Tae meet Kyle in a bookshop while he is on a run from Ilay and he left Unhrdo.
Taeui is currently living with Kyle because he thought what's a better place than hiding in Ilay's own house.
And in the flashback
A few months or probably years ago :
Tae once met Kyle before when he was buying a gun for his friend from the dealer.
Now the last person we saw in the panel was the person/ friend he brought his gun for.
So in short that guy knows both Ilay ,Taeui and about  Taeui's running away
