Fat PPL are not ugly ok . Body positivity doesn't tell you to not change . I think having a fit body is necessary and you can be fit whether you're Chubby or skinny ok . But body positivity is loving yourself and stop hating yourself and feeling comfortable in it . Body positivity teaches us not to shame others or hurt others feelings . No one is ugly alright . Skinny or fat everyone is beautiful . Yes if people are obesse and it starts to affect their health they should eat healthy , work out and lose weight . But calling someone fat or skinny or insulting them because of it or people feeling they're ugly and insecure . Body positivity aims to help stop that .
