@Ur Mommy SPOILERS* The secretary and doctor are in on a scheme together. They are drugging the alpha and omega. Creating a misunderstanding-omega keeps getting kidnapped/pressured to sooth the alpha’s rut for 4 years & the alpha is drugged as well, not remembering his ruts/thinking he mostly sleeps or is hazy through them. Once the scheme is found out the alpha gets back at them as well as the alpha’s grandma helps take revenge for all the shit the secretary put them through.
