I guess I am lucky that I have never been in a school like this. Every bullying that has reported in all the schools I have ever been was well taken care of as far as I know. I have seen the oppressors got their appropriate punishments such as getting suspended or getting expelled, depends how heavy the bullying was. Sometimes, they would be getting transferred. However, this can only be done if the bullied student would talk or report about it themselves. Whether they have evidences or not, everything will be looked thoroughly and those suspected bullies will be monitored. The victim will be checked daily for recent bullying.

As a future teacher, I thank authors for creating this kind of stories. I can think beforehand what to do in situations like this and learn from their mistakes.

(1st, gather evidence first before reporting. 2nd, think of a back up plan if anything won't go your way. Example in this situation, threaten them to involve the media and tarnish the school's image.) Note: This is only applicable if you don't care about getting fired lol
