@Rei stay in a dim room, paracetamol, lower the noise aeound you if you can, find something to do to distract yourself, if the headache comes along with dizziness then sit with your head down and cover your eyes, have lemon tea, go to a place with less people if you can, if you wear glasses and arent when you have a headache then put them on because your eyes can be the problem, also maybe go to the optitians incase it is something to do with your eyes, if youre in a room thats too hot or cold try go to a place thats a better temperature, for tiredness try to get more sleep generally or eat more things that provide a lot of energy like carbs or something sugary if you want a little boost of energy and thats all i can think of
