I'm pretty sure that the brown haired guy didn't know how to, but literally just giving false hope to MC who's desperately needed help just for him to take advantage of. The only goal in this dude mind is "having s**" with MC. MC on the other hand already stressed beyond belief with all of those fiasco and is not exactly the bravest person out there in the first place, plus he didn't realize his own feelings and are still confused by it.

I mean, I do have a bias in this manhwa, and that is ofc my beloved puppy son. But most of times I'm neutral lol, so seeing these people sometimes arguing are really amusing

Mr. Seo seems to be genuinely attracted to him but somehow if that is true, the way he became attracted to MC is a little bit weird LMAO (from chapter 1-10 if I'm not wrong). This guy somehow a little bit of an "M"

Meanwhile brown haired guy, seems to be only attracted physically wise. Like a one night stand kind of attraction.

Although I'm still sad about my puppy son, the director is a way better choice than the neighbor guy. At least the director knows how to hold back (shown in earlier chapter) and more or less ask about consent (although still a bit forcefull).
