Ok so, how vincent gained his eyesight is by lucas. Apparently lucas was gonna die anyways so he wanted to give his eyes to vincent and the whole process worked out so now vincent can see. Ofcourse Paula is surprised but also like happy for him if she remember correctly but she doesn't wanna tell him that she's back because she's scared. She's scared because yk she's always thought she was ugly, and back when he asked for her to describe her appearance, she described Alicia, not herself. When she reunites with ethan, they actually have a pretty long co versatile about what they've been up to along with ethan asking her why she isn't telling vincent she's back and he basically hints at how vincent has been searching for Paula but she isn't sure about that, so he basically has her figure it out on her own. Oh yes I'll also add how vincent started having his suspicions that 'anne' which is the alias Paula uses so no one knows her actual identity, is actually Paula, and that suspicion is pretty much proven when she quotes or well paraphrases some words she had once told vincent, to the child she takes care of, which is violets child.

Paula and Alicia end up getting to work at an estate as maids and from there Paula finds out vincent can see and also finds out she's back in the bellunita estate and also lucas is dead and a bit more fast forward ethan recognizes her and they both reunite and all that. Paula doesn't tell vincent she's back because she's afraid.
