@deleted user when you grew up in an environment where you never experience love, It becomes foreign to you, And you ultimately think that you are not worthy of it. As As much as love sounds like a beautiful thing, For people with trauma, it can be the scariest thing. I have a friend, That I don't think actually likes me as a friend. They haven't done anything to show me that, but in my heart it's hard to believe that they don't olerate my existence.

@Jake look up the history of the BMI, it is a one size fits all type of diagram. It doesn't account for certain ethnic groups having more fat or being more lean in certain areas. Only certain body types were used to even create it, it did not take an account anyone who was not of European descent. It's a flawed system, and needs to change to properly assesse health
