People be saying in the past when the anime of solo leveling got past over JJK is that there's "no plot" but I'm assuming that they only know tip of the iceberg knowledge from watching the anime. I've never read any manga or manhwa with this plot which is interesting and I'm very invested in this.

For those who didn't understand what happened, well basically The Absolute Being (The person in the last panel that got stabbed) was the creator of all 8 monarchs, the rulers and the other monsters. What happened was that The Absolute Being wanted the rulers and the monarchs to fight to death and considered it a war for eternity FOR ENTERTAINMENT ONLY. Ashbourne (shadow monarch) was a servant of Absolute Being and he was LOYAL. When the Rulers realized that they were only being used for entertainment for the Absolute Being, they plotted to kill the Ansolute Being so that the endless war (for entertainment) would finally stop. But Ashbourne knew what they were plotting and chose to stood by the Absolute being side, unfortunately he was defeated, but then what he didn't know that the absolute being granted him a SECRET POWER (necromancy) because of his loyalty. But when he came back the palace, he saw that the absolute being was already dead and killed by the Ruler
