This manhwa have a prequel (kinda badly written) but in short, MC used to like this one omega guy. They were having a fwb relationship until the omega guy has enough of his bs and left MC for MC's younger brother. ML is this omega's boss at work. There was an incident between the MC and the omg which cause the omg to have trouble focusing at work - hence why ML said what did MC do to his employee and punish MC for being a stupid fu**, letting his alpha rut hurt an omg. In truth, MC did not love the omg (i think), he is just a lonely bas**** who likes the attention this omg gave him.
