#1 Their past did not cross under normal circumstances and the fact that he says he chose to stay with him is really odd to me considering he never actually would have ever met him if Owen like didn't push himself into all those timelines and obsess over Nux so much that they actually ended up in that relationship. He never picked this relationship Owen just picked him and he quite literally didn't have a choice considering how many timelines Owen had to go through just to get to this one.

 

#2 the main Owen has a lot of issues and he's overly possessive compared to the other Owens and you can tell they're possessive too but his possessiveness is so out of proportion compared to the other ones and he needs to calm down because he's so controlling and you can tell by how he acts towards Nux and the other Owens and honestly he's my least favorite Owen because of that. The fact he can't even share Nux with the other Owens is also proof to this and how he basically demands all the rings for himself it such a red flag. He always resorts to freezing handkerchief Owen and just straight uses him as a slave while he constantly sends the others way just so he can had Nux to himself, you never see the other Owens like that, they've only freezed the main one as a precaution, nothing more and nothing less.
