I think your wrong,his like that because his afraid of losing his childhood friend or smt you can't also say that he is annoying and weak for being afraid mostly he thinks that if he confessed and get rejected he thinks that he would hate him forever and their friendship would get destroyed,just imagine okay you,you have a feelings for your childhood best friend and you want to confess but you can't because your to afraid of getting rejected and your friendship with them gets destroyed because you confessed to them,also if you don't know or forgot the reasons why his afraid and weak because his hiding the fact that he is a omega and also the ml hates omegas I hope you understand :))
