This chapter describes a flashback of 3 years ago, before he met Ah shi.

in flashback 3 year ago it's  lu phengshi is the real Xu Xinnian soul, said he got accident 5 year ago, so we back at 5 year ago before Xu Xinnia switch his soul with Lu Phengshi the story like this :
Lu phengshi stole Xu Xinnian's money and was chased by Xu Xinnian and they both got into an accident. When Xu Xinnian woke up, her soul was in Lu Fengshi's body. 
their souls changed.

when Xu Xinnian (fake) was picked up by Xu's family, Lu Phengshi (Real Xu Xinnian) did not have money for hospital fees, so he left the hospital even though his leg was injured and bleeding.

when he was in the park he met Xu Cinnian. 

I think the next chapter will still be flashback 5 year ago about Lu phengsi (real Xu Xinnian) who got help from Xu Xinnian.

After he meet Xu Cinnian, flasback back to 3 year ago when he's meet as shi who help him from mod beggar who beat him...
