The MC gets pregnant and gets a dangerous abortion but the ML finds out the MC can get pregnant so he forces him over and over until he gets pregnant again. So by chapter 35 in the webtoon it's well established that the MC is pregnant and forced to keep the baby. This becomes a huge part of the continuing story.
