@12341234 Well, if the person taking care of you is old that means it doesn't know how to make a resume in a pc. Even people from the 80/90s have trouble making resumes with the new formats. Don't judge if you don't know how easy it used to be compared to now.
The applying thing I don't know, in here you just apply to whatever you want, exception to when it's a site that gets profit when you post your resume. This is why you go to the source and not any site. Still, creating accounts anywhere take less than 2 minutes. You want a job but you have the wrong atittude, people had to go around giving resumes to every place to get a job before, now it takes you 5 minutes to make one online and you still complain, what more do you want?
