Aren't they like somewhat related? Like they have a bit of their blood or something.

@Andy The F** translation is very off. He's not her uncle. The word she's supposed to say is Ajusshi which just literally mean old man or like an older man that she knows. If he were her real uncle, she would actually call him samchong.
