At the very start they were going to kill him bc he lost his powers, but the mesphiso found out leon changed his body for someone (his body created a womb) so that's why they didn't kill him bc they need a new ruler for when they all die.  Also judging by your pfp I think you know how males (in the omegaverse) get pregnant. Even though this isn't the omega verse it lowkey similar  (this is no hate btw)
