@Teth24 what facts, his so called "greater good"? Then why doesn't he just nuke any city where villains appear, what are a couple hundred thousand of victims compared to billions? His idea that villains are all evil just because they are a cancer of society? The last villain just demonstrated that he is wrong, by sparing those children that he practically condemned to death because he didn't want to capture her.
The only thing you could agree with is that it is safer to kill the villains, but even there there are two problems:
1. You woul kill even potential allies an informants like Kingston, so he wouldn't be there to train MC and they woul likely lose
2. By giving heroes unregulated permission to kill you open the road for a number of deranged psychos that will kill everyone under the excuse of "justice", like the scissors girl that tried to kill the priest and nun siblings
