@Urfavphoebe i think they mean TOXIC top like for eg..pilwoon , klop ( or whatever that piece of sh**'s name is ) 
And uke as in those innocent ones or those who are oblivious 
( No offense though 💀 ) 
I'm not 100% sure that the info is correct.......but you can try asking the question in some other manhwa
