@Vasi he chest size is directly related to the amount of Rizz she is exposed to and the MC has zero rizz

@Vasi I have no idea.  At first, I thought it was due to her power shrinking but since she made a contract and it hasn't come back my current theory is that she's suffering the consequences of helping the MC without a contract and thus violating the rules too many times.

@Vasi I read somewhere that it was a miscommunication between the web novel author and the manga artist. Sylphy was supposed to be flat from the start, but either the manga artist got it wrong or the author never communicated it. From what i have read in the web novel her only descriptor is that she looks like "an overseas supermodel."
