@havenzz the case would've been a case anyway, given to a lawyer in their firm. it's not really a test, more of way to see how he operates. Yes, it can ruin lives if he fails. But that's pretty standard with most cases like this, and if he was never given cases like this then he wouldn't have a chance to prove himself. he might lose- no lawyer wins 100% of their cases. But he's a good enough lawyer that he could at least keep the damages to a minimum- they wouldn't have hired him if he wasn't good at his job. This case will exist either way, so it's not immoral?
