@VOID EMPEROR If you tldr this I'll assume your simply trolling but maybe you just want the short of it, Russell needs to work without magic to achieve peace of mind, and having 4th tier servants would be a waste of resources both academically, and financially. Now in detail, hard work can bring peace to ones mind, and in this case soul. In regards to 4th tier maids did you not read the beginning where side characters complained that only a 1st tier mage would subject themselvesto servitude? Did you not hear the rule of 963, well to put it simply, any mage of the 4th circle would either be unwilling to subject themselves to the duties of a maid, or in the case of the rule of 9,6,3 any mage of the 4th circle would be walking their own path, or would work in the towers. Beyond here is speculation and inferences but in my personal opinion one might think 'Oh well why doesn't she just order her apprentices to become maids'. that would be naive, your boss can't just order an employee to take a servile role in their own home here, and more importantly that would be possibly putting an important asset into a servile role where their talents may go unseen, maybe in our iteration of the medieval age this abuse of power would fly, but many of these manhwha mix modern logic with archaic logic. Anyway you like dropped this but I tire of people not using inference and thought simply because a medium is generic.
