@Ally it could be a disease, like Keratoconjunctivitis sicca, which in severe cases causes a person to be unable to cry. ALSO it could be because of the environment, repressed emotions (which can cause system problems) or anhedonia, which can also make a person unable to cry.

@Ally if you have depression or some sort of anxiety so could that also be a reason to why your unable to cry 
 I don't know the reason why it can become like that while you have some of those two I only know that it can become like that

@Lelouch vi Britannia I know I'm not. I just started noting down random stuff. If I suddenly couldn't cry I'd be more thankful if people told me "yeah it can be a disease" rather than just "ohhh i don't know sorry haha"

Of course they'll tell you they don't know. First of all, they're not Doctors. Second, They're not you. OBVIOUSLY, they don't know what's happening to your body.
