I am not sure they are all the same, every chapter it's a different girl

I saw someone told before that the top gonna ra** our male lead and force him to do s** with him while he was doing it with female ad also that mc don't have any feelings for ml and will ra** him so many time in future so it is true we ain't getting love plot anytime soon??
