@Paperdobby Absolutely NOT! NOBODY deserves ra**, ever. The perpetrator of ra** is ALWAYS at fault, no matter the circumstances. There is never a single excuse or justification for ra**. ra** as karma goes against the principles of justice and fairness. Ra**, regardless of whether someone is a victim or perpetrator, is never justified. Ra** is a highly traumatic experience, and never okay as a form of punishment or as karma.
