Almost every character is trying to work an advantage. Sejun, the tower manager, and Theo reason are understandable. The guild leader's main goal is to get tomatoes for his daughter, but his thinking that if he can get sejun to his guild and monopolies the distribution comes off as shady. That is just my two cents

@India Cater-Campbell and yet they benefit from each other. This is how we get a harmonious co-existence by mutualism. As long as nobody gets greedy !
