@Linzz Chrono your explanation is outstanding! I honestly wasn't fond of the backstory being lengthy but after reading more of it and reading your comment, I have to say that every moment has significant connections to what is happening in the present. I love myself a story driven BL, so I'm honestly looking forward to the next chapters

@Blonde Guys Are Hot To be honest, I was also skeptical of a long flashback, though, I was happy for a flashback so I can have a glimpse of when Sol came and how Brian actually was. Compared to the quick flashes in the present timeline, Brian is actually close to Ian in a lot of ways than I thought of before.

Before, I thought Brian is just a happy go lucky kind of person who can do anything he wants and reach heights with less effort. But after this story of the past, it came to me that Brian also had a hard time trying to help the citizen. Reminds me a lot on how Ian insisted on saving the kids from the mines back in the first season!
