-WY returns to Korea first. Inseop follows him and continues to work as WY's manager.
-There is a scandal with one of the actresses (I'll call her C) and WY because they're filming together.
-WY promises to propose to Inseop if he wins an award for acting.
-Inseop feeds stray cats on the rooftop of his house. Inseop contacts Ahreum to help take care of the cats and find owners for the cats. One day, Inseop finds one of the cats bleeding out and brings it to the vet.
-WY gets another assistant (mainly a driver) named Kangwoo.
-Youngmo continues to pick on Inseop. WY threatens Young-mo by saying he has a USB (not explicitly stated what's onit, but it contains scenes that can ruin Youngmo's career).
-Inseop waits for Ahreum to go see the cats before they get adopted. He runs into Youngmo who asks for the USB. Inseop says he doesn't know what Youngmo is talking about. Youngmo beats Inseop up and almost kills him. Inseop couldn't take his heart meds on time and is found on the floor by Ahreum. Inseop is brought to the hospital. When Inseop wakes up, he told Ahreum to go home because has a friend who can take care of him. Inseop calls WY and tells him he wants to hear his voice (but doesn't want to tell him about Youngmo because he doesn't want any incidents occuring that can ruin WY's reputation). WY asks him where he is. Inseop lied saying he's at home. WY was cold during the call (Inseop doesn't know why he was acting cold) but reads a book to Inseop to help him sleep.
-One day, Inseop meets his apartment owner's son. He blames the son for hurting the cat (the one bleeding out) and the owner got really mad at the accusation. Inseop gets kicked out of his apartment.

-WY continues acting cold. WY brings Inseop to a villa that he recently bought. This villa is close to where actress C lives.
-Inseop stays over at the villa. In the morning, WY lends Inseop his expensive car to go home with. Inseop runs into actress C on his way out with the car and crashes the car. Inseop is okay and plans on repaying WY back for car repairs.
-WY is going to win an award for acting. It is revealed that on the day that he receives the award, WY plans on giving the villa to Inseop, as well as transferring all his assets to Inseop in the form of legal inheritance. WY thinks that this is the only way to tie down Inseop for the rest of his life. He doesn't think he can live without Inseop and he probably won't find another love.
-Inseop meets Youngmo at the award ceremony before it started. Youngmo tells Inseop that actress C and WY are together and will probably get married. Inseop confronts WY. Instead of denying that they're together, WY says that these are normal occurrences (scandals and whatnot). Inseop is heartbroken and leaves the award ceremony. He leaves the money for car repairs with Kangwoo.
-Inseop is contacted by his real estate agent to meet an apartment owner. Inseop moves into his new place after leaving the award ceremony.

-WY finds Inseop. He messaged Inseop using Kangwoo's phone. They get into an argument. Inseop tells WY why can't he be with someone else if WY can. WY gets realllllly upset by this. He crushes the cellphone in his hand. The glass cuts into WY's hands and blood spills all over the floor. Inseop panics and tells WY he needs to go to the hospital. Inseop gets short of breath and faints.
-WY waits for Inseop to wake up. When Inseop wakes up, he apologizes for what he said and tells WY the truth about Youngmo (how he confronted Inseop regarding the USB). WY leaves saying that he'll take care of it. Inseop tells WY not to. He doesn't want any trouble between the two actors. WY basically tells Inseop goodbye because he thinks Inseop got hurt because of him.
-When Youngmo beat up Inseop, the scene was recorded on one of the nearby car's camera. Inseop threatens Youngmo with the footage. He will leak the footage unless Youngmo disappears from his sight.
-Chairman Kim visits Inseop and gives him ID/passport and the car repair money (from WY).
-Inseop is depressed and can barely eat anything. He develops gastritis.
-WY talks with Chairman Kim and confesses how he can't live without Inseop. But he also doesn't want to put Inseop in danger. He urges Kim to buy Inseop a plane ticket to America.

-Chairman Kim visits Inseop and gives him plane ticket for America. Inseop begins packing for America. During packing, he remembers the book that WY read to him (while he was in the hospital and when WY started acting cold). He looks for it book and sees that WY had folded the corner of the pages (as a bookmark). That night that Inseop called WY, WY was actually at Inseop's home. So this whole time, WY thought Inseop was cheating on him. Although WY knows that with Inseop's personality, there is no way Inseop can cheat on him, but he can't help feeling doubtful.
-After realizing why WY was acting cold, Inseop looks for WY. He borrows Kim's car and drives over to the villa. It is raining in this scene. The villa is by the water. He finds WY sitting at a bench near the water. WY tells Inseop that he's tired of him, Inseop sucks at s**, he's burdened by how careful he has to be around Inseop because of his health, etc. Inseop tells WY that he understands that it's scary that he can die at anytime but he loves WY and he wants to be with him until death. WY hugs Inseop and tells him not to die. Then they spend the night together . Story pretty much ends there

Epilogue:
-WY leaves Korea. He pays fines for terminating all his contracts. He lives with Inseop in Los Angeles. Kim and Cha visits them. They lives in a mansion like house thats ~2 hours away from Inseop's parents. Inseop has 1 cat. Inseops visits his parents every 2-3 weeks and stays over for a night. WY says that he gets insomnia whenever Inseop leaves and that he can't live without Inseop.
