@dubi well hypersexuality can work differently on anyone who has it but i'm guessing this person has it to a certain extent where they sexualize wanting s3x therefore as in r@pe where they can romanticize this stuff, because such things can't happen to them regularly in real life but there's a chance this person is just very mentally ill.
