@AA eh, in many mangas, lvls are unreliable due to special reasons, like in this one, ig the class u get is what determines ur power lvl per lvl up, and since mc got a special class (negromancer) he would obv be better than the rest

@AA well what you've seen and what you've understood are completely different. You seen the information in chapter 3 yet you still haven't understood the equation for leveling up. It required over 300 quintillion experience to go from 40 to 41, it took over a 100 quintillion to go from 39 to 40. The equation is 1,500,00 x 3 ^(L-11) = experience required. L = MC level. So MC is slow for the mathematically challenged and impossibly fast for the conceptually competent.

@Chuck so does everyone need that much exp or just mc bcz if it's just mc then we can find out what his lvl would be if he was leveling normally

@Devil1110f it's only him that has to get so much exp for a level( I think). I think there was a chapter that said he needed more exp because of his class and his system. I think of it as a way to balance him. He's so overpowered that if he were to level up with no restrictions I think he would be stronger than his master. You see he's already a general compared to people his age or that are older than him. Even tho his level may be low he has the strength of at least 20+ levels above him

@Doom so he's stronger than others per lvl at the cost of more xp needed to lvl up

@AA Most people cant beat things that are multiple levels higher than them ... lin has Univesal increase which makes it possible ... and in the novel universal increase is a lot more crazy than what you are seeing here ... in fact everything is a lot crazier in the novel ... the manga is just doing its best to adapt it ... But ill tell you ... leveing up one time can take a hundred thousand same level monsters ... its very stupidly slow ... they dont show it ... but in the novels lin runs high level dungeons dozens of times for each level with 100s of monsters each several levels higher than him ... for instance each of the elemental dungeons was run about 25 times ...

so i will just say that part of the confusion is them skipping things that dont translate to manga well.

@Edrik Wyldfyre yeaaa and if I'm not mistaken a good bit earlier in the chapters he said something about corpse explosion stealing his exp tho I'm not sure what he meant by it
