@Katagiri Ret*** is a commonly used word still. Esspecialy where my mom is from Jamacia. the word ret*** or retarded in Jamacia is said to call someone stupid more than actaually mentally and phsyically disabled. It's conotation for calling someone stupid is negative but for disabled people that depends on your mindset. Language used in other English speaking countries is okay whilst in other English speaking countries it isnt like the U.S.
