I partly agree with you, yeah she had a privileged life, but the errors of her father and her upbriging was not her fault, is her father.
Also she think herself a goddes chosen because people around her keep saying that, (like her knight for example).
Thats why I say she is a tool. They feed lies to her to control her and keep the population at bay.
The question is what she will do when the veil finally fall. She will try to attone or go crazy with the reality. that we will see if she is trully kind or just egotistical kind.
