@Mihras Shaji Pb I also can't remember a work where they were outright combined. The closest I can think of is in Ranker Who Lives A Second Time, where he manages to get the Phoenix and Dragon beast powers on his side... but both powers are severely reduced due to reasons. (So many spoilers.)

It's an Enter the Tower, but not a regression, in spite of the title. And very recommended.
