Get the doctor to assess her first. While it looks like the only actual issue she has is albinism (which affects both sensitivity to the sun and night sight), her parents treating her like a fragile piece of glass has NOT helped her health one bit.

Will she live long enough to have the child? What if the duke remarries?

@Galactic Navy Officer She has the features of albinism but probably it is not really albinism in the conventional sense. Albinism is usually caused by a combination of 2 mutated recessive alleles. In this case both features ( Her "Albinism" and Terminal illness) are most likely caused by a autosomal dominant inheritance with a complete female limitation. So these traits would be present in the autosome of the father and only be triggered due to either high levels of female hormones like Estrogen or lower levels of testosterone. Also in this setup, only 50% of his daughters would have this while the other 50% would be completely healthy. So just assume that their family is really unlucky so their daughters only get the harmful mutation. Either way there are other cases where this might be possible like Y chromosome-linked translocation with female-specific lethality but to me this is the most likely situation.
