I don't know about Shirone awakeing his angel form in this series (if has it in him) but in this arc he will learn how to use Halo from Arcangel Ikael. She's Shirone's biological mother. And in the later arc. He went berserk and almost wipe out a royal family who claimed to be his biological parents after hurting his foster parents and Rian's sister.
