@Unslaadahsil depending on the state, the max you can increase it in the US is usually between 5-10% per year for appartments and around 15% for property leases. A cheap appartment in the US is going to be something around 400 USD in most red states and closer to 750 in blue states or deep blue cities in red states. Depending on location, cheap a** appartments can still go for over 1k a month just because of local taxes -_- a decent flat in newyork is closer to 15k a month @.@ well over 100k a year just for rent 🤣
