That's also true, however that's actually a spoiler.  The reason I didn't put my previous statement in spoiler text is because I framed my response around what the audience would naturally conclude if they read all of the chapters before this.  My statement wasn't wrong, but yeah you are obviously more correct.  The MC is still going to struggle to determine how much of herself is "her" and how much of it is due to D, all of the way to the end of the story.
