@Noona no usually it's a pill that makes your ki flow backwards in exchange for explosive temporary strength. that would mean a high chance, if not guarantee, of ki deviation or even death. not meant for the MC but for the son. I'm guessing the pill in this one wont have as bad of side effects or maybe there's a way to recover.

@Potato Penguin that's why i said there's two possibilities. It's either for mc or for his son regardless of it's effect. Nothing's set in stone but I'm pretty sure that pill is bad news. I mean, it's pretty obvious if you ask me.
